Evaporator will produce solvent vapour & same will be recirculated after various filtration by extracting water & oil content to the evaporator.
Heating media same as in vacuum drying plants such as thermic fluid or steam etc. Autoclave will be kept uniform hot by surrounding limpets & same way evaporator will also be heated.
In vacuum pumping system roots & rotary pumps combination provided along with solvent condenser, primary & secondary condensers. Adequate capacity of chilling plant will be provided.

All the process of VPD is controlled by DCS/PLC fully or semi auto mode. In traditional vacuum drying plants (VDP) transformer coil & windings are heated through hot air by method of convection & radiation. Difference between hot vapour and hot air contacts to coil & winding effects process duration. Hot vapour easily reaches to all cavities in LV, HV & core. In conventional or traditional vacuum drying hot air conduction is slow heating to the outer part of coil & winding and then slowly heat reaches to the outer part of coil & winding and slowly heat reaches to the internal parts or body.Due to vapour phase drying system the IR values or results of drying is very much better than other systems. However, transformer test results also satisfactory in single process.

The size of plant is depending on customers requirement.
